职位描述: Maui Preparatory Academy seeks a dedicated and vigilant 保安 to join our team. The 保安 will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for our students, 工作人员, 和游客. This position requires an individual who is attentive, proactive and committed to the safety and well-being of the school community.
主要职责:
- Monitor and patrol school premises to ensure the safety and security of students, 工作人员, 和游客.
- Control access to the campus by verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring they have proper authorization. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance and support during school events and activities as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with students, parents, and 工作人员.
- Work closely with the Head of School and Facilities Manager to ensure a proper and safe environment is maintained
资格:
- 高中毕业或同等学历.
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
